The Environmental Supply Company HG-220 Method 30B Manual Dual Mercury Sampler is designed for portability and ease of use to perform short term RATA sampling, CEM certification and diagnostic studies for mercury loss in air pollution control devices. This sampler is housed in a rugged, portable case that can withstand even the harshest testing environment, with a hinged front panel that allows easy access to internal components. The long life, dual head diaphragm pumps are plumbed in parallel for increased flow capacity, and there are integrated system safeguards for the protection of all internal components. The complete system includes dual channel heated probes in either stainless steel or Hastelloy with heated trap housings suitable for traps from any manufacturer, dual heated sample lines, dual condensing systems and connecting umbilical cables.

The Environmental Supply Company HG-324K system is designed for sampling mercury emissions from coal-fired sources as specified in Appendix K of Part 75. The HG-324K is controlled using an industrial data acquisition and control system with removable CompactFlashTM memory card for storing data files. The HG-324K may be connected to a plant network through wi-fi or direct connection to allow program control and remote data access. Per Appendix K, dual independent flow channels are included with proportional flow control based on the CEM flow monitor or an installed pitot. The Environmental Supply Company HGK-PFI Platform Integrated CEM monitors mercury emissions from coal-fired sources as specified in Appendix K of Part 75. This automated system is designed to operate in close proximity to the sample port. The HGK-R90D controller, laptop PC, and dual condenser are housed in an all-weather, climate controlled NEMA 4X enclosure with full height opposing doors and internal 19” rack. The HGK-R90D controller may be connected to a plant network to allow remote program control and data access. MODBUS® protocol is utilized for real-time data transfer and alarming to the plant CEM DAHS.
